Discover
Initially, we will begin by understanding your business requirements, goals and budget. We will communicate by email, by phone and face-to-face meetings or workshops.
Define
Next, we’ll begin a detailed analysis of your projects requirements. This is achieved by developing your Internet strategy and defining the goals by which we can judge the project successful. With the aims and targets clear, we will then develop the project plan.
Design & Development
Based on the design documentation and technical specifications generated in the previous stage, we’ll now shift into production mode. Our graphic design team will refine and develop the aesthetic concepts agreed during the planning stage. Through a series of design prototypes, they’ll work with you towards the final look and feel of your site. At the same time, our programmers will be designing and coding the back-end programs and databases to realise the functional requirements. Your project co-ordinator will also work with you to gather and prepare all required written content.
Integration & Testing
This is where all the preparatory work comes together. The templates, programs and content from the previous stage will be integrated into the final product. Of course, we’ll be doing plenty of testing, and will encourage you to be involved in this too – after all, it is extremely important that you’re happy with our work. Based on your feedback we’ll make any necessary alterations and tweaks.
Deploy
Once everything is ready, we’ll publish the site on the Internet (or your intranet), and once again verify that everything is working as it should be. Depending on the nature of the project and our initial agreement, we’ll also provide you with appropriate training. It’s at this point that promotional work can begin too, to ensure yousr customers see and use your new website.
When your project is live, it’s important to work to make it as effective in achieving its goals as possible. This means promoting the site through a variety of channels, monitoring and reacting to feedback, and developing new functionality and content areas in response to your clients’ demands.
